We will try to offer you an appointment at a mutually convenient time. Plenty of time is allowed for each animal.
Consultations cover history taking, a thorough clinical examination and discussion of treatment or advice.
We do not charge for missed appointments, but if you are unable to attend please call us to make alternative arrangements.
If you would like to see a particular vet please ask when making the appointment.
Out of hours care
VidiVet is our primary Out of Hours provider where you can access veterinary triage advice (deciding if is an emergency or not) for you and your pets courtesy of Burghley Vets.
Please contact them if you need advice outside our normal opening hours.
If you call our surgery outside of normal hours, you will be automatically transferred to our 24 hour emergency service provided by VETS NOW Pengelly and Mizen 89-93 Park Road Peterborough PE1 2TR
