As we know it’s grass seed and barley awn time of year and during walks these grass seeds are entering in to the animals feet and other areas of their body!
In little Billie’s case, she had a grass seed enter through her armpit and it had made its way deeper and deeper, travelling at least 10cm! Her symptoms were swelling and discharge in the area causing her to lick at it.
Luckily we were managed to investigate and track it down and we wish Billie a speedy recovery
