We’d like to advise clients that we’ll continue to operate contactless appointments. We recognise that this isn’t what many of you were hoping for, but it’s for the very best of reasons – we want to stay open and be available to care for your pets.

Please continue to wear a mask (unless you’re exempt) and we will continue to wear PPE to keep everybody protected. We will review the situation when/if there are changes to the isolation rules and the rate of infection decreases.

We’re all looking forward to welcoming our lovely clients back in and getting back to business as usual. As a team we’re working extremely hard to keep things running smoothly and your understanding and courtesy go a long way in keeping us motivated to carry on.

Please be assured that we’re taking very good care of your pets inside the practice (lots of extra cuddles and a few treats).

Please can we remind all clients to bring a mobile phone to your appointment and phone reception to advise us of your arrival and what car you are in.

After phoning, please remain in the car for the nurse to come and collect your animal and take them for their appointment.

After examination the vet will then phone you to minimise face to face contact, therefore would be grateful if you can ensure you keep the line free and remain where you can get signal.

With the phone lines receiving a high volume of calls at this present time, we would encourage you to order prescriptions and food online and be grateful if you could give us 48 – 72 hours notice on prescription and food orders

Thank you for all your understanding.
