Due to still being unable to welcome our clients back in to the practice, please can we remind all clients to bring a mobile phone to your appointment and phone reception to advise us of your arrival and what car you are in.
After phoning, please remain in the car for the nurse to come and collect your animal and take them for their appointment.
After examination the vet will then phone you to minimise face to face contact, therefore would be grateful if you can ensure you keep the line free and remain where you can get signal.
With the phone lines receiving a high volume of calls at this present time, we would encourage you to order prescriptions and food online and be grateful if you could give us 48 – 72 hours notice on prescription and food orders
